In today’s episode I interview Trishna. Trishna gave birth to her first baby under the care of midwives through the Royal North Shore Hospital. As an avid gym enthusiast Trishna stayed very active throughout her pregnancy and labour. She continued her F45 work outs, took pregnancy yoga classes and reformer pilates.
